Daily contact lenses are disposable, single-use contacts that you throw away after a day’s use. They are designed so that you start with a fresh pair every day.

Remember that daily contacts are not the same as disposable contacts, which may allow for more than a single day’s wear before disposal. Not sure which kind you have? If you throw your contacts away after every day, you have daily disposables.
