ARE CONTACT LENSES SAFE TO WEAR?

3. Contact lenses cannot fit in every eye: Many people find it difficult to insert eye lenses in beginning. But with practice, it becomes more easy and less scary.
4. Contact lenses often drop out of eye: A perfectly fitted contact lens cannot fall off. It can shift in position, but can be adjusted immediately with a blink of an eye.
5. Contact lens gets stuck in eye: To avoid such situation it is advised to consult with your eye doctor regarding, how to properly wear and remove contact lenses.
6. Contact lenses cause eye infection: This is a totally falls accusation. Eye infection can be caused by many other things, but contact lenses are not the reason. (use it according to the advice of your doctor)
7. Contact lenses are high maintenance: It is important to keep your eye lenses clean, but it is a very simple process. Your eye lenses can be cleaned using a very simple multi-purpose contact lens solution.
8. Contact lenses can be cleaned using tap water:  It is not true. No optician would  recommend you to do that. Eye lens can only be cleaned using eye lens solution.
9. It’s okay to swim in your contact lenses: It is not safe to swim wearing your contact lenses  as bacteria and chemicals in pool water can cause eye infection. 
10. Contact lenses are expensive: Eye lenses are not expensive; their cost varies depending upon a number of variables.
